Our Guests Come First
ضيوفنا أولوية
The Film
Going beyond the standard.
In Saudi Arabia, the required standard is the starting point.
This concept shows how operators can go further through service and small details that put guests first.

My Role
Making service feel human.
I came up with the film’s core idea, then developed its narrative concept, character structure, visual direction, and storyboard. The Creative Director reviewed and approved the direction as the work evolved.
The Ministry of Tourism approved the concept. Production was later paused because of budget constraints.
The Challenge
How do you hold attention for four minutes?
The film had to explain service quality and guest experience without reading like a list of requirements. Across four minutes, every shift in voice, setting, or visual language needed to renew attention while keeping the message clear.
A serious message.
A film people would want to watch.

The Format
Proving the message through real voices.

The film moves between authorities, operators, specialists, and guests, each speaking from their own environment. On-screen statements and graphic questions mark the transitions and keep a clear rhythm.
Real voices.
Real environments.
One shared focus: the guest.
Real Perspectives
The message is carried by people who shape or experience the tourism journey.
Real Environments
Each voice appears inside the world they represent.
Bold Visual Statements
Selected phrases appear at a large scale over the image, creating visual emphasis and rhythm.
Graphic Questions
Full-screen question cards interrupt the conversation and introduce the next subject.
The Voices
Different perspectives. One guest experience.
The film moves from the people setting direction to the operators and specialists putting it into practice, then to the guests who feel the difference.

The Storyboard
A four-minute conversation, built frame by frame.
These frames map the shifts in voice, setting, and on-screen copy across the film. Together, they show how the information stays connected to one simple idea: the guest comes first.

في وقت ازدهار السياحة السعودية وتوسع الفرص وزيادة الاستثمارات، واضح إن اللي يصنع الفرق هو التركيز على الضيف وتجربته، ويطبّق مبدأ: ضيوفنا أولوية
Reflection
Giving every detail its place.
The project reinforced how much structure matters when a film carries many people and practical details.
I learned to give each shift in speaker, setting, or graphic treatment a purpose, so the story stayed human and easy to follow.
